Who are we?
We are Cardiff Airport Transfers (a trading name of Tri Star Executive Travel Ltd), we provide airport transfers, cruise port transfers and long-distance travel from Cardiff & South Wales to all over the UK. All of our drivers hold Cardiff private hire licenses meaning they have passed tests, courses and enhanced DBS checks. Over the years we have seen an ever-increasing number of online companies popping up advertising themselves as being able to offer airport transfers from Cardiff, however under closer inspection they are nothing more than booking companies not based in Cardiff or South Wales and sometimes not even in the UK!

We will only confirm your booking after checking we have availability of a driver and the appropriate vehicle for your needs and requested service level. This then allows the driver to know their schedule well in advance, get adequate rest, prepare themselves for the long-distance journey and most importantly arrive at your requested pick-up time.
We take safety seriously and never overwork our drivers; therefore, we would never allocate a driver more than one long distance transfer in a 24-hour period. We would rather turn down a request than compromise on safety.
Our Service Standards
As a minimum our drivers will strive to meet the standards listed below:
- They will always arrive at least 5 minutes earlier than the agreed pick-up time
- They will always keep track of your flight status (if applicable)
- They will always meet and greet clients in the airport terminal (if applicable)
- They will always assist clients with their bags and luggage
- They will always provide bottled water in the vehicles
- They will always have Android and Apple device chargers in the vehicles
- They will always drive in a safe and careful manner
